Hey Sean, I'm trying this out now and I've been unable to get buildconf to recognize the xdebug dir. Have you ever run into that? I'm using php5.2.10 and xdebug 2.1.0. When I run configure | grep xdebug I don't see anything. It worked for apd, but when I ran php with the apd installed, I never got any apd output so I was trying out the xdebug version...

Have you looked into providing zend extension support for ARM? I have libtool (and ltdl) installed (through angstrom/OE) and thought that would have let me pick up support for extensions, but configure doesn't seem to be seeing that either... any idea?
