Well, I seem to only blog while on holiday…

Nothing much to say about anything at the moment. I’m trying to figure out what I’d like to do with myself. Other than being a cunning linguist, I am sort of sailing through life waiting for something big to happen. I’m thinking that ‘big’ thing will be my next romance, but I’m not sure.

I would like to do the following things in the near future:

• Get a new laptop (waiting until MacWorld – cash on hand)
• Redo Charge Tracker in Rails, hopefully with Myles
• Buy a big ass TV.
• Move to a new apartment with W/D hookups and a better HVAC system.

I’m, tentatively, taking beginning voice lessons at Fresno City College next semester. I would like to see if there’s any hope for my singing voice – so I can stop abusing my friends (or make it less bad anyway). I should probably check if there is some sort of extended ed option – I’m currently enrolled as a regular student (although they’re aware that I already did my undergrad).

Hmm, now that I think of it, it might be the year for a substantive resolution. My Mom also very kindly reminded me that next year is the 3rd installment in the Chinese year of the boar in my lifetime – which is supposedly good.

I’m sleepy. I go make sleep.
