Weekday Power Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice San Luis Sourdough Cracked Wheat bread
  • ~1/2 medium-sized ripe tomato, sliced.
  • 1/8 cup of chopped red onion
  • Whipped cream cheese to cover toasted bread
  • Deli-sliced turkey breast
  • Pepper, dry dill weed, and lemon juice to taste

Construct sandwich thusly:
Toast bread and spread whipped cream cheese over it. Sprinkle freshly ground pepper and dill weed over cream cheese to taste. Add sliced tomatoes and onions. Add fresh-squeezed lemon juice (from a lemon!) to taste. Add turkey breast. Eat.

It is high on deliciousness and not too bad for ya.
