My Hero

“Squeezeable Spreads on Squeezeable Breads.” -Alton Brown

He is my culinary hero. If you remember back to ages past [we're talking like 4+ years ago], I gave something of a lecturish dissertation on the proper construction of sandwiches. While I’m not prepared to give another exposition on the art of sandwich-making, I must say that Alton has opened my eyes to new horizons of the field. I must experiment!
